I help individuals and organizations realize their extraordinary purpose™. My formal education, combined with extensive experience in religious, nonprofit, and justice organizations, equips me to provide insightful and compassionate guidance. I am dedicated to using my gifts, knowledge, and life experiences to support and empower others on their spiritual journeys. I appreciated the following definition of spirituality from Mona West:

“Spirituality, then, is the practice of staying consciously connected with what makes us alive: God, ourselves, and others. While spirituality is a broad word covering many types of experiences, it is also a word rooted in particularity. Gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and being a member of a particular community all impact and shape one’s spirituality.”

I am ordained in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and a Ph.D. student in the African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric program at Christian Theological Seminary. I earned my Master of Divinity and Master of Theological Studies from Claremont School of Theology, my Spiritual Direction certification from Still Harbor, and my Homiletic Peer Coaching Certification from Vanderbilt. I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector in various capacities including community organizing, supporting social entrepreneurship, and as an executive director. I offer a rich background in theological education and religious leadership.

I identify as Black and Queer. Black as in – one connected to the shared history and experiences of all melanated people, in all times and in all places. Queer as in – unusual, not heterosexual, or bound by heteronormative ways of being. My life and work are shaped by liberatory faith traditions, liberation theologies, and contemplative practices.

I am a multifaceted professional with a diverse background spanning leadership, spirituality, coaching, academia, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work, digital marketing, community organizing, and psychology. As an Executive Director, ordained clergy, spiritual director, coach, DEI trainer, digital marketer, and community organizer, I bring a wealth of experience and skills to my work. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego, CA, which laid the foundation for my deep understanding of human behavior and motivations.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply engaged in community organizing, working to empower marginalized communities and effect positive social change. These experiences have honed my ability to mobilize people, build coalitions, and advocate for justice.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric at Christian Theological Seminary. My academic pursuits delve into the intersection of Blackness, Queerness, and Sacred Rhetoric. This dedication underscores my passion for exploring diverse perspectives, amplifying underrepresented voices within religious discourse, and advancing equity in religious and academic spaces.

With experience in digital marketing, I employ strategic and innovative approaches to enhance visibility, engagement, and impact. My proficiency in digital platforms and marketing strategies enables me to effectively promote my message of empowerment, inclusion, and purpose.

My purpose is clear: I help individuals and organizations realize their extraordinary purpose. As a spiritual entrepreneur, coach, and advocate, I leverage my insights and skills to guide others toward greater fulfillment, purpose, and social impact. My holistic approach to leadership, spirituality, DEI work, digital marketing, community organizing, and psychology reflects a commitment to fostering meaningful connections and inspiring positive change in personal, professional, and societal contexts.
